As a dedicated psychotherapist I’m passionate about inspiring hope, fostering healing, and empowering personal growth. holding a Master of Social Work degree from North Carolina State University, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist (LCAS). My experience in behavioral health hospitals, community mental health, non-profits, and private practice has shaped my empathetic and tailored approach to therapy.

I specialize in supporting adults (18+) navigating challenges like anxiety, addiction, depression, divorce, relationship struggles, self-esteem issues, stress, and life transitions. My practice is grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), creating a compassionate, nonjudgmental space for growth. I also integrate techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Emotional Freedom Technique (Tapping). As an integrative harm reduction psychotherapist, I offer specialized guidance for addiction and substance use.
