Clinical Supervision

What is Clinical Supervision?

Clinical supervision is a guided, collaborative process designed to support new clinicians in developing the skills, confidence, and ethical foundation needed to thrive in their field. For those pursuing provisional LCSW or LCAS licensure, supervision is an essential step toward becoming a competent, compassionate professional. It offers a safe space to explore challenges, refine techniques, and integrate theory into practice.

Why Choose Me for Supervision?

I provide a compassionate, collaborative supervision experience tailored to your unique needs and professional goals. Drawing on my extensive background across behavioral health hospitals, community mental health, non-profits, and private practice, I bring a wealth of knowledge and practical insights to our sessions. Together, we’ll address complex clinical scenarios, navigate ethical dilemmas, and enhance your therapeutic approach.

How Supervision Supports Your Growth

Our work together will equip you with effective strategies, deepen your empathy, and foster confidence as you navigate the complexities of working with clients facing anxiety, addiction, depression, and other life challenges. Clinical supervision with me is not just about meeting licensure requirements—it’s a partnership focused on your growth as a skilled, compassionate clinician ready to make a meaningful impact.
